1) Fastest Way To Get Help
When you email us, include:
- Subject: Morebirds Support
- Device model (for example, iPhone 13)
- iOS version
- Morebirds app version
- What you expected vs. what happened
- Screenshots or a short screen recording (if possible)
If the issue is a crash, include what you were doing before the crash and whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
2) Common Troubleshooting Steps
A) App crashes / freezes
- Force close the app and reopen it.
- Restart your device.
- Update iOS to the latest available version.
- Update Morebirds to the latest available version.
- If the issue persists, email us with full details.
B) Lag / stuttering / overheating
- Close other running apps.
- Ensure at least 1-2 GB free storage.
- Restart your device.
- Reduce device load (toggle Low Power Mode if needed).
- Email support if performance remains poor.
C) Ads not loading (rewards not working)
- Check Wi-Fi / cellular connectivity.
- Relaunch the app.
- If using VPN or ad blockers, disable them temporarily.
- If tracking permission is declined, ads may be less personalized but should still function.
D) Sound / audio issues
- Check Silent Mode and volume.
- Toggle mute/unmute in game settings (if available).
- Restart the app.
E) Progress / saved state questions
If the app uses local storage only, reinstalling may remove local progress.
