We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and revise the effective date when changes are made.
1) Summary
- Morebirds does not require user accounts.
- We do not run a user database intended to store real name, physical address, or phone number.
- Third-party SDKs (for ads/diagnostics) may collect device-level identifiers and technical data.
- If App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is denied, IDFA may be unavailable and not used for tracking as defined by Apple.
2) Definitions
Personal Data: information related to an identified or identifiable individual, including certain device-linked identifiers.
Device Identifiers: may include IDFA and IDFV depending on settings and permissions.
Service Providers: third parties processing information for ads, analytics, or crash reporting.
Tracking: as defined by Apple policies, including linking data across apps/websites for targeted advertising or measurement.
3) Information We Collect
A) Information you provide directly
Support communications: if you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message to respond and provide support.
B) Information collected automatically (by us and/or partners)
- Device identifiers: IDFA, IDFV, and IP address (as applicable).
- Device information: model, OS version, language/region, time zone, network state, app version.
- Usage data: session activity, app launches, ad impression/click events (if ads are present).
- Diagnostics: crash logs and performance metrics.
If ATT permission is not granted, IDFA may be unavailable.
C) Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not require real name, home address, phone number, or contacts to use Morebirds. We do not ask for precise GPS location.
4) How We Use Information
- Provide core gameplay and app functionality.
- Detect and fix crashes and improve performance.
- Serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent ad fraud (if applicable).
- Understand aggregate usage patterns and improve user experience.
5) App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
If tracking or IDFA access is required, iOS requires permission through ATT.
- If permission is granted, IDFA may be used for ad personalization and measurement.
- If permission is denied, IDFA may be all zeros and is not used for tracking as defined by Apple.
6) Permissions
Network access: used for connectivity features such as ads and diagnostics.
ATT permission (if applicable): used to request IDFA access for advertising measurement/personalization.
7) Sharing And Disclosure
We do not sell personal information.
We may share data with service providers (for example, ad and diagnostics providers) and when required for legal/safety reasons.

Third-party services may process data under their own policies. Services may include:

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take feasible deletion steps.

13) International Users
If you use Morebirds outside the United States, information may be processed in countries where service providers operate and where data protection laws may differ.
